Description 
The Northern Territory (NT) RHD program supports people with RHD and works to reduce recurrences of ARF. One of the important ways it does this is through monitoring a register of people with RHD in the NT. The NT Rheumatic Heart Disease Register is used to store patient level data on the diagnosis of acute rheumatic fever (ARF) and rheumatic heart disease (RHD), subsequent care and proposed follow-up provided to people residing in the NT. The Register is maintained by the NT RHD Control Program
