Description 
Police Real-time On-line Management Information System (PROMIS) is an operational case management system that contains data relating to reported incidents and offences recorded by the Northern Territory Police. Included: Persons who have had one of the following involvements with Police: Complainant; Victim; Offender; Family Violence Offender; Family Violence Victim; Family Violence Participant; Family Violence Child; Child Welfare involvement; or Undergone a youth diversion consideration. Excluded: Examples of involvements excluded from the population are employee, guardian, bystanders, witness, licensing inspector, informant, person of interest, eliminated suspect, etc.
